    Email us your name, the email used for your previous order and your order number. Please don’t send your friend’s personal details.

    Ask your friend to contact us before placing their first order and quote your name and referral reference. We’ll check eligibility and arrange their discount.

  3. Enjoy your £100 thank-you

    We’ll arrange your cashback 30 days after their qualifying order has been delivered, once payment and returns checks are complete.

Who can take part?

You must be an existing Majestic Materials retail customer with a completed qualifying decking, cladding or fencing order of at least £1,200 including VAT, excluding delivery. Your friend must be a first-time retail customer living at a different address. Trade accounts, business purchases and self-referrals are excluded.

Which orders qualify?

Your friend must spend at least £1,200 including VAT on decking, cladding or fencing before the referral discount and excluding delivery. One £100 discount applies to their first qualifying order. Samples and delivery charges do not count towards the minimum spend.

This offer cannot be combined with trade pricing, discount codes or other promotions, including the 10% fence-kit discount. Our team will explain the available offer before the order is placed. Delivery charges and free-delivery eligibility are calculated separately on the final discounted order value.

When is the reward paid?

The referral must be registered and confirmed before your friend orders. Their first qualifying order must be placed within 365 days of registration. Cashback is arranged 30 days after delivery, subject to payment and eligibility checks. Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify; partial returns must leave the qualifying spend at or above £1,200.

Can I refer more than one friend?

Yes. Each friend must qualify separately, with a maximum of 20 cashback rewards per referrer. Only one referrer can receive a reward for each new customer.

Majestic Materials may decline fraudulent or duplicate claims. Changes to the scheme will not remove rewards already earned under the applicable terms.
