Precision-Engineered Installation

Every board has been manufactured to exacting tolerances, ensuring a secure fit, seamless installation and a consistently clean finish across every project.

Installation Guidelines

• Battens: use 500mm centres with suitable support at ends, joins, corners and openings. Double battening is preferred; single battening can be used where the project allows adequate ventilation and drainage behind the cladding.
• Vertical fitting order: position the board, secure the groove-side installation clips, then fit two bottom clips before moving on to the next board.
• Bottom clips: recommend two per vertical board. The board bottom finishes flush with the bottom batten; the clips tuck into the bottoms of the hollow flutes and screw into the batten using the stainless steel screws supplied with them.
• Installation clips: approximately five per 2.5m board or seven per 3.6m board, positioned along the groove side. Fit a clip at every supporting batten and allow extra for cuts, joins and openings.
• Horizontal installation: use one starter clip per batten along the bottom row.
• Screw options: 30mm Torx-head screws with a free matching Torx driver bit, or 40mm black square-head screws with the matching square bit. Colour-matched 30mm screws have painted heads and silver stainless steel shafts in all seven capped colours. Select length to suit the fixing detail and batten depth.
