Refund policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Majestic Materials, you can return the items within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Before returning any items, please notify us by calling 0333 880 9283. In some cases, we may offer an alternative solution to avoid the hassle of returning large items. Once you have spoken with one of our customer service representatives, we will provide a form to fill out for the items to be arranged for collection.
Return Options
In the unlikely event that your items are damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so we can initiate the claims process with the courier.
In cases where the fault lies with Majestic Materials, we will arrange for the items to be collected and returned to us, where we will then either replace or refund the items. In these instances, the 10% restocking fee will not apply.
If the return is due to an error on your part, we ask that you arrange the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to avoid further issues. Please ensure the items are unopened, unused, and all original packaging and components are included, as we cannot accept returns for opened or used products. You are also welcome to return the items in person to the address below. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00, and Saturday, 11:00–15:00. Please call ahead to confirm someone will be available to assist you.

Damages/Exchange Policy
Any damages, returns, and exchanges must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. In all cases, the original packaging is required to initiate a return. Simply email us at info@majestic-materials.com or call us on 0333 880 9283, and we will arrange for the exchange to take place.
Returns Policy
If you would like to return your mirror, please contact us by email at info@majestic-materials.com or by phone at 0333 880 9283. We will arrange for our specialist carrier to collect the item, which must be boxed in the original packaging. A refund will be issued within 7 days of the item arriving back with us, minus the 10% restocking fee.
If the original packaging is not available for the collection, an additional £25 repackaging fee will automatically be deducted from any refund. If an item is damaged upon delivery and the original packaging has been disposed of, you will be required to pay the £25 repackaging fee before we can process an exchange.
