Installation Guidelines:
- Decking Requirements: Two boards per square meter.
- Battens: Space battens at 500mm intervals.
- Starter Clips: Use one starter clip per batten along the bottom row.
- Decking Fixing Screws: Use eight screws per decking board.
- Batten Thickness: A minimum thickness of 30mm recommended.
Important Installation Note: For optimal results, pre-drill slightly larger holes for the screws to allow for expansion and contraction. The pre-drilled hole should be larger than the screw's thread size but smaller than the screw's head size by at least 2mm. If this difference is less than 2mm, a washer should be used.

While we strive for accurate colour representation, we recommend ordering a free sample to ensure the product meets your expectations. Additionally, during the first 12-16 weeks after installation, the composite decking may undergo a natural weathering process, causing the colour of the grained surface to lighten. This is a normal occurrence and will stabilise over time. For a preview of the eventual colour, check the reverse (grooved) side of the decking.

Which postcodes have the southwest rate?
PL, EX, TQ, TA, DT, BH and mainland TR postcodes, including Plymouth, Exeter, Torquay, Taunton, Dorchester, Bournemouth and Truro.
Isles of Scilly postcodes TR21–TR25 are excluded from mainland rates. Please contact us before ordering for delivery to the Isles of Scilly or other offshore destinations. The Cotswolds remains within the standard England rate.
Samples, fixings & mixed orders
Products assigned to our Samples and Fixings delivery profiles receive free UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. Mixed baskets containing boards or other larger materials follow the applicable delivery charge shown at checkout.
We aim to deliver project materials together. Items coming from another warehouse or a manufacturer may have different lead times; we will confirm the arrangements.
Preparing for delivery
Tell us about narrow roads, restricted access or unloading requirements before delivery. Please keep the unloading area clear. Our team will confirm arrangements for large or heavy orders and unload where it is safe and practical.
