When will it arrive?
We aim to deliver in-stock mainland materials in 1–3 working days, with up to 5 working days allowed, subject to availability. Remote destinations may take longer; contact us to confirm. Pre-orders follow their stated warehouse arrival dates. A preferred delivery day is a request and must be confirmed by our team.
Islands and other destinations
Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41): £250 up to and including £5,000, free above £5,000. Northern Ireland: £499 below £1,500, free from £1,500. For the Isles of Scilly, other offshore destinations and postcodes outside the pilot bands, please contact us. Existing destination-specific arrangements apply.
Samples, fixings and mixed orders
Sample-only orders and eligible products in our Fixings delivery profile have free UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. Mixed baskets containing boards or larger materials follow the applicable project delivery charge. Your final options are shown before payment.

Collection is available from Manchester Warehouse, Unit 1B Invar Road, Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, Manchester, M27 9HF. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.
Preparing for delivery
Tell us about narrow roads, restricted access or unloading requirements before ordering. Keep the unloading area clear. Large, heavy or split-location orders may need individual arrangements.
